Looking for a topic or guide that’s missing from the Knowledge Base? Use this form to request new content. Provide a brief overview, detailed instructions, and any tips you think would help. You can also select a department and include your contact info in case we need to follow up for clarification. Your insights are invaluable and contribute to the continuous improvement of our resources.

Content Creation and Review Process
When a request is submitted for a new guide or article, our team will review the submission and begin the content creation process. Typically, it will take 10 business days to create and finalize the guide, depending on the complexity and the volume of requests. After drafting the content, it will undergo a thorough review process to ensure accuracy and clarity. This includes proofreading, fact-checking, and testing any step-by-step instructions or troubleshooting solutions.
The content will also require departmental approval, where applicable, to ensure that all guidelines, policies, and relevant procedures are followed. This step may take additional time depending on the departments involved and their feedback.
Once the guide has been approved, it will be published in the Knowledge Base and made accessible to all users. We will notify the requester once the guide is live.
