How do I access the virtual library?

Overview

Description: This article will show you how to access the virtual library.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to MyCapitol Portal.
     
  2.  Login to MyCapitol Portal.

  3.  Use the left navigational menu and click Virtual Library.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure you are logged in.  
  • Clear your browser cache.  
  • Use the recommended browser.  
  • Your username is the same as your Capitol webmail address.
  • Your password is your Capitol webmail password.
