How to Share a File in Zoom Chat

Instructions
- Join your Zoom meeting.
- Open the chat by clicking on the “Chat” button in the meeting toolbar.
- Click the “File” icon in the chat box.
- Choose a file from your device or cloud storage to share.
- Click “Open” to upload and send the file to the chat.
Troubleshooting
- File sharing may be disabled, ask the host to enable it.
- Ensure your file size is within the allowed limit.
