How to Access Zoom Class Recordings in Canvas
Overview
Description: This guide will show you how to navigate and access your Zoom class recordings in Canvas.

Instructions
- Log into Canvas
- Use the Course Navigation menu on the left to find Courses.
- Select the course you want to view the Zoom recordings for.
- Click on Zoom in the Navigation menu.
- Navigate to Cloud Recordings.
- Search the list of recordings to find the one you want to watch. Then click the recording to view it.
Troubleshooting
- Can’t find the “Zoom” option in the Course Navigation menu: Make sure the instructor has enabled Zoom for the course. If it’s not visible, contact your instructor to confirm that Zoom is available in the course navigation.
- No recordings found under “Cloud Recordings”: Verify that the instructor has uploaded the recordings. Check the correct course and date and reach out to the instructor if necessary to confirm availability.
- Recording not playing or loading slowly: Check your internet connection and refresh the page. If issues persist, try clearing your browser’s cache or switching to a different browser.
