How to Change Your Display Name in A Zoom Meeting

Instructions
- Before joining a meeting, click on “Join” and then enter your desired display name in the name field.
- During a meeting, click on the “Participants” button in the meeting toolbar.
- Find your name in the participants list, then click on “More” and select “Rename.”
- Enter your new display name and click “OK.”
Troubleshooting
- If you can’t change your name, the host may have disabled this feature.
- Rejoin the meeting to update your display name.
