How to Register for CITI Program

Overview

Description: This guide will help you complete the registration process for the CITI Program. 

Estimated Time of Completion (ETOC): 5 minutes

Instructions

  1. Navigate to https://www.citiprogram.org/index.cfm?pageID=154&icat=0&ac=0&region=1&message=0 
  2. Click “Select Your Organization Affiliation” 
     click organization affiliation button
  3. Type into the text box: Capitol Technology University 
     enter Capitol Technology University into text box
  4. Agree to the Terms of Service and Affirm that you are an affiliate of Capitol Technology University 
     review terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy then click the checkboxes next to each option to proceed
  5. Click “Continue” to Create your Username and Password. 
     click the create account button to proceed
  6. Follow the remainder of the instructions. 
    • Reminder: There are no additional costs for this exam. Do not purchase modules that require additional fees. You are a student completing the Human Subjects Research training.  
  7. Return to your Canvas course and upload your CITI Completion Certificate to the designated assignment.
