How to Adjust Notification Settings

Overview

Description: This guide will help you customize your notification preferences in Canvas. 

Estimated time of completion: 3 minutes 

Instructions

  1. Click on Account in the Global Navigation menu.

  2. Select Notifications.

  3. Review the list of notification categories.

  4. Adjust the notification settings by selecting your preferred frequency.

  5. Repeat for each category as needed. 

Troubleshooting

  • If changes aren’t saving, try logging out and back in, then adjust settings again.
  • Clear your browser’s cache if the notification page is unresponsive.
