How to Access 1098T via the MyCapitol Portal

Description: This guide provides step-by-step instructions for students on how to access their 1098-T tax form through the MyCapitol Portal.

Instructions
- Navigate to the MyCapitol Portal
Open your web browser and go to: https://mycapitol.captechu.edu/ics - Log In to the Portal
Use the login fields at the top right of the page to sign in.
If you’ve forgotten your password, select I forgot my password to reset it.
- Select the ‘Student’ Tab
Click the Student tab located in the blue toolbar at the top of the page.
- Go to ‘Student Finances’
From the left-hand sidebar, click on Student Finances.
- Access Your 1098-T Form
Under the appropriate section, select View PDF to open your 1098-T tax form.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure you are logged into the portal.
- If the PDF does not load, try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache.
- Recommended browsers include Chrome or Firefox.
